My phone inked internally and I couldn't see anything on my phone. I stopped in just before they closed & he took the time to check out my phone and let me know my options. I needed the phone fixed cause there were things not stored on the cloud that would not have transferred over. Anyway, he got me taken care of expeditiously although the part needed to be ordered which came in next day. They were professional, high integrity, concerning, & I'm glad I found this place. 👊
