The 2 guys that did the installation and the owner, Conrad, were all very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them promptly. They gave attention to detail and were neat. They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.“

He replaced three exterior doors, one of which was a very customer/unique size, two screen doors, and a slider window. As always the workmanship is top notch quality, fast, and an excellent value. “I was very pleased with the work of this company. I replaced multiple doors and windows. They said the work would take 2 weeks and it was done right on schedule. They made sure that all windows and doors were measured to fit precisely, and they were able to preserve all of my trim, with the exception of rotted trim around a couple of doors. This trim was replaced by them, and you'd never know that it wasn't original. They took steps to minimize my disruption and made sure that the work areas were clean before they left each evening. The workers were all very pleasant to deal with and did high quality work. I would highly recommend Valdicass.“

“We had about 5 or 6 different companies come and give us quotes for Hardie siding and roofing. Keenan Homes was competitively priced and did an amazing job. Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects!“
“We had foundation problems with the footings of our brick pillars in front of our bungalow. Gary came out and assessed the problem and confidently talked us through the process. The quote was right where we expected it to be and the team of two who did the work were exceptionally skillful. All our neighbors commented on the quality of work they were doing. “A friend of mine told me originally about Home Advisor. When I first heard of it I was very leery of trusting my info out there on a generic site. I sent in a request to get a price for a glass pane replacement. I selected this route after getting a quote for an actual window replacement of $1,100.00. I sent in my request and within an hour I got my first email from Glass.com. I specified in the email to Deb that I am extremely hard to reach on the phone and the best way to get a hold of me is through email. Now, keep in mind Deb and I have never spoken on the phone. Deb has been nothing but pleasant, caring and attentive to my needs and concerns. She has provided the best follow up and communication to me. I sent Deb an email advising her after about a week or so that I have not forgotten about her company and I was waiting on my tax return so I can order the glass and get it installed. Deb made arrangements to order the glass and get it in so that it can be ready for me when I was ready. I then got an email from Deb less than a week later telling me the glass was in and she was coming out in a few days to install it. "I still have not spoken to Deb on the phone" Deb made arrangements to have the glass installed while I was at work and also an arrangement for payment at a generous time frame. I cannot say anything bad about Deb and Glass.com. Nothing but 1 million star review comes to mind.
