We love our new windows! They are gorgeous and work beautifully. We replaced all 13 original metal framed windows in our house. We notice a huge difference. We haven’t had any issues since installation was complete. John knew we had already been shopping around for quotes before we discovered Best Windows, so when he came to give us an initial quote he respected our time and was prompt with measuring and discussing options. We had John come out to our building to quote a few new windows 14 years ago. He gave us a great price and the project was done professionally and had no issues. Recently I called John Regarding a window I was having issues with John came by in a matter of days and told me what the issue was. A small part needs to be replaced and he will do it as soon as possible. We also had 3 windows from almost 30 plus years ago that need to be replaced. He gave a quote immediately and actually found a way to cut the cost. John is someone that stands behind his business and the products he sells. Glad to have such a reliable person that is friendly and puts the customer first.
