“The tech found a problem that could have been a bigger issue if not fixed sooner. Will need to replace our furnace .But better than getting CO poisoning. The installation crew was great and kept the place clean when they were done. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing heating or A. C. work done.“

“Furnace was not working when I got home, made a call and a repairman came to the house shortly after. He found the problem within a few minutes made the repairs after taking the cover off the furnace. Just a wire grounded on steel inside, he moved the wire so that wouldn't happen again.“

If not it will leaki into the attic and then it will scar the plaster in the family room I also asked to look at t stubs that brings the air to our bedroom in case he we part of the house. I am experienced with 40 years of being a DIY guy, and have installed my own HVAC systems on several of our remodels as we grew up back near Chicago, so am no novice. Now that I am in my senior years, I no longer need, or wish, to do the work myself, so after asking around, I decided on Schebler, and am very impressed and happy with their workmanship.“

“I had a good experience with this company. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews on here. I had filed a service request through HSA too and JKPH LLC contacted me promptly about setting up a same-day appointment to have my A/C serviced when it was broken. The technician had to get a part and bring it back two days later to install it, but he did his job and seemed to do a good job at it because our A/C is working again! I appreciated their customer service and I felt they were prompt and helpful when I had questions. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the technician was a little grumpy when I told him our A/C was in the attic (crazy, I know) and he had to climb up there in hot weather to work on the A/C unit. He did it though and got the job done.“

“Came home sunday afternoon and furnace not working. Temperature in house had dropped to about 55 degrees. Temperature outside was below 0. Called J L Brady about 2. Service man called about 2:45 said he would be able to make around 4:30. Diagnosed the issue needed new gas valve. He called supplier and got them to open up the shop on Sunday evening to get part. Came back around 8 and had the furnace running by 8:30. Dan the repairman was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. It did cost more considering it was Sunday, but it was worth it to get heat back on in the house.“
