“Family owned business that really lives up to their ads. Estimate was given before my visit and thats all I was charged. Luri was able to clean an older Flocati rug, that I doubted would ever come clean. He was on time, quick, and very polite. Its a pleasure doing business with someone that is proud of their work. Thanks again Simply Pure. We will definitely be calling you again when needed!! ☺️”
“Highly recommend Quality Carpet cleaning! After speaking with Michael, I knew I had made the right decision. I don't know if he could hear the desperation in my voice, but he went out of his way to squeeze us into his schedule so we could have our carpets cleaned before our furniture was delivered. Matthew showed up on time and did a fantastic job - our carpet looks brand new! We're so excited to move into our new home with everything looking and feeling fresh. Elgin, IL”
“They did work on the building where I rent my piano studio, and the owner Jonas answered any questions that I had throughout the process, was kind and patient, and I felt complete trust in their work.”
