They’ve been sending us the cutest pictures of Olive playing with her puppy friends, and she looks so happy and comfortable there. Olive is only 5 months old, and they’ve been so gentle and thoughtful with her — keeping her inside with her mini group of puppy friends instead of taking her outside. We really appreciate the extra care and attention they give her at this young age. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in great hands and having fun while we’re away.

“It's always nerve wracking when you're traveling and have to leave your dog at a new kennel. My dog stayed for 3 nights at waggles for the 1st time this past weekend. I loved getting the short video of her having a great time. They wore her out and she's been sleeping for hours since we picked her up. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and I know I can bring my dog back and she'll be safe there.“

“We have been taking our Huskies to Elmhurst Animal Care Center for years, and they always receive excellent care. From the front desk staff, to the techs, down to the veterinarians. We have taken them here for check ups/follow up cares, boarding, and training. Whenever we go on vacation, our dogs stay here for boarding. We can tell they’re having the best time from the pictures we receive from the boarding staff. It’s like our dogs are on their own vacation!
Dr Cudiamat is our go-to vet. He is professional, very kind, and very reassuring. He really cares for our dogs. Not to mention very patient, because our dogs tend to be very “hyper” and anxious in public. He answers all our questions and concerns.
We can’t say enough good things about him and the staff, especially when it came to the most difficult time of our lives when we had to say goodbye to our old man husky. The staff was very considerate. Dr Cudiamat did an amazing job at informing us of the “process.” We felt that they were all there for us during this time. And they even sent us a sympathy card showing their condolences. Which we appreciated.
So, thank you Elmhurst Animal Care Center!

“Took my best friend Derrick here for a teddy bear / lions mane cut yesterday and the groomer did an excellent job! The only thing, the price was listed at $110, and I put my deposit down for $35, and charged $130 (so I owed $90). There was no explanation for this price change.

I was very nervous to leave my baby here at first because this is a new groomer and it’s a shared dog and cat facility, plus my cat will throw hands while being groomed. I met the groomer and she was so pleasant, gentle, and trustworthy that I knew my best friend was in good hands. Derrick (my cat) is still getting use to the trim but I did notice that there were small bruises on his coat which is caused by matting. To prevent this in the future, the groomer showed me what tool I needed because I had no idea they could bruise from even small matts. Anyway, I appreciate you ladies at k9 feline cuts, thank you for being kind to my best friend and see you soon!! Xo“

“Victor loves the animals and what he does. He is an amazing groomer and is so patient and kind with the animals that he grooms. I went to the same groomer (one person one dog at a time) with my dog for 13+yrs until she retired. I wanted to find someone like her with just one person because my dog wouldn't be able to handle an environment with multiple groomers and dogs. It is truly hard to find and I feel extremely blessed to have found someone that makes my senior dog comfortable and does an amazing job, bonus he's in my neighborhood. I 100% recommend Shorty Styles.“

“Lovely people, excellent service, less expensive than other hoity-toi groomers in Oak Park. I've been going there with my dog Poco for over eight years and have had nothing but a good experience. Be forewarned--they are rightly POPULAR now, so don't think you can get in for a grooming by trying to schedule a week in advance. I typically book the next two upcoming appointments rather than just one so that I'm absolutely sure that the near future, at least, is covered! What's more, after Poco's grooming at Bubbles and Brushes for Paws this past June, I asked them if they'd take a photo--and it's one of my favorite photos EVER of the two of us. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“
