1550 N Northwest Hwy SUITE 336, Park Ridge“This year has been tough for me, I have been dealing with tons of chronic pain, pins/needles sensation, muscle spasms, electrical shocks, and many other symptoms/sensations in my body. Neurologist said it could possibly be multiple sclerosis autoimmune disease, it hasn't been confirmed since I haven't done the MRIs. Haven't done them because whatever it is that is causing all these issues in my body, I want to heal in a natural way. I had been doing acupuncture previously at a different place and felt like that was helping a lot but still felt like my body needed a little something more/extra push to heal. And that's why I searched for other possible ways to heal and came across Dr. Richard and I can honestly say I have felt an extreme improvement!!! I love the combination of chuna, cupping, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, wet cupping!!! Only 3 treatments and I can truly feel the difference in my body!!! It is exactly the extra push, the something more that my body needs to heal faster. I know that there's still a lot that needs to be improved with my body but with patience and persistence my body will heal and I won't need the MRIs/steroids shots/prescription medicine that the neurologist said I would potentially need to deal with all of my chronic pain. I'm thankful for Dr. Richard and staff!!! They are both kind, helpful, and always make me feel at ease/make sure I'm doing okay. Thankful that I came across this place and for Dr. Richard techniques to heal the body, he's amazing!!!“

1400 Renaissance Dr UNIT 102, Park Ridge“I visited ES Health Balance for months now and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the serene and welcoming atmosphere put me at ease. Emil is incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and concerns.
The acupuncture session was expertly done—gentle yet effective. I immediately felt relief in areas I hadn’t even realized were tense. The massage that followed was equally incredible, blending relaxation with targeted techniques to address my problem areas.
What sets this clinic apart is their holistic approach. They don’t just treat symptoms but focus on long-term wellness. I left feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and pain-free.
If you're looking for a place that combines professionalism, expertise, and a calming environment, I can’t recommend ES Health Balance! Whether you’re seeking pain relief, stress reduction, or simply some self-care, this is the place to go. You’ll definitely be returning!“

1550 N Northwest Hwy., Suite 206, Park Ridge“Wonderful Chiropractor. I had been experiencing neck pain and back pain and had tried a few other treatment options prior to seeing Dr. Stasinos for chiropractic care. I went for about 8 sessions and noticed tremendous improvement. I have not seen her in a few months, as there has not been a need to. She is truly a fanatastic person and doctor. Easy to engage with and answers questions in detail. Highly recommend. Her colleague also seems very helpful and knowledgeable. Great practice.“

2104 Oakton St, Park Ridge“I had to find a chiropractor before flying overseas and sitting in a plane from Chicago to Istanbul. Dr. Porter was able to see me on short notice and even extended his Saturday hours so he could give me a second session, which both he and I felt would be useful. I found Dr. Porter to be extremely skilled, certified in both osteopathic and chiropractic medicine. My back and hip felt better almost immediately. A+ (and he has a good sense of humor). I would highly recommend him.“

2604 E Dempster St #304, Park Ridge“Dr. Kevin is the best. Here is why:
First of all, he wants to help you and you can see this from the beginning of the visit. The knowledge and experience that he has is huge. He will ask you multiple questions and you will not have a feeling like a “fast doctor visit; and here is your ibuprofen and follow-up in a week”. I have been in a few clinics where you were not able to say hi and they were already giving you another date to come in and follow up. This Dr is not like that. Quickly he discovered the issue and fixed it for me. Also, he showed me how I can fix my bicep in the future if I have that issue again. Other Doctors will be like come again and pay me. I like him because he is still a good and kind person in the world we live in now. In summary: Old school Dr.
I strongly recommend if you have any issues regarding pain muscles etc.“

“I have had low back issues for many years resulting in two separate back surgeries. Having lingering symptoms post surgery and exhausting other recommended therapies I decided to try acupuncture. Hearing how it has helped so many people with great results I decided to try it for myself. Finding Eastern Vitality Acupuncture for a therapeutic plan and noticing a reduction in symptoms in my low back, legs and feet in a relatively short amount of time. Also having symptoms on a separate issue in my left hand and saw the same result of improvement. Acupuncture and cupping truly helped me out. Christina and staff were very helpful and kind in improving my over health with a recommended therapy plan. Eastern Vitality Acupuncture offers many alternative treatment options. Convenient location too. I highly recommend seeking treatment with them.“
