Absolutely thrilled with Dr. Severino, Brett, and the whole team at Aligned Modern Health. I started treatment when I could hardly sit or walk without intense pain from a disc issue. Burning and numbness going down my leg. After five weeks, I am thrilled that I am better than ever -- I also appreciate their approach helping me integrate exercises into my daily routine to continue to strengthen my core to manage this and strengthen my core.
