“For years my extended family has been going to Back To Health Chiropractic for varies health reasons. Though all my family members praised the skill of Dr. Jim and Dr. Linda, I had had a few bad experiences with other chiros so was reluctant to try again. I joke I don't really need to tell him what issues I may have since as soon as he exams my back, Dr. Jim can identify those issues by his touch alone. I first came to him due to back issues from running. Dr. Jim fixed those issues and just as importantly has given me exercises and stretches to do so I could continue the activity I love. Then I fell and hurt my shoulder badly. I did not expect Dr. Jim to be able to help me but he did. He never ceases to amaze me with his deep knowledge of the body, his gentle humor, deep sense of caring and his skill at chiropractics. Dr. Jim constantly goes the extra mile to show me stretches and muscle strengthening exercises which he takes the time to demonstrate and then makes me do repetitions to make sure I have the technique down. He is the best chiropractor I have ever been to and he has renewed my body so I can continue to do the things I love. Additionally, Dr. Linda has helped be too and she is also qualified to do acupuncture. I really admire the fact that when neither doctor can really help me, they say so and then recommend other avenues of health care and approaches. As I said, I would not hesitate to recommend BTHC to anyone in need of such care and the combined knowledge of the two good doctors is a real bonus in helping you in your health care needs whether it is recovering from an injury or general maintenance.“
