“We called on a Thursday and set up an appointment for Tuesday the following week. We had the spigot replaced. They showed up on time, were quick and respectful. Very fair priced. It was our first time using J.L. Brady and we will definitely call in the future for our plumbing needs.“
“I had a good experience with this company. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews on here. I had filed a service request through HSA too and JKPH LLC contacted me promptly about setting up a same-day appointment to have my A/C serviced when it was broken. The technician had to get a part and bring it back two days later to install it, but he did his job and seemed to do a good job at it because our A/C is working again! I appreciated their customer service and I felt they were prompt and helpful when I had questions. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the technician was a little grumpy when I told him our A/C was in the attic (crazy, I know) and he had to climb up there in hot weather to work on the A/C unit. He did it though and got the job done.“
