No forced selling of additional services. They are very detailed in showing you your benefits and any specials they are running. They take their time to discuss your vision care and concerns. No pushy sales or no rush on selection. Ari walked around with both me and my son and actually provided feed back. I really felt she understood what I was looking for and came up with great suggestions. ALSO- check your VSP insurance if you have it because allotments went up. Woo hoo - 3 complete pairs of glasses with all the bells and whistles at a bargain. I had my FSA so we got them all!“
