It was sunny out and pulled my glasses out and the lens fell out on the ground and broke. I stopped into the Oakbrook mall and Omar helped me. He took them in the back and looked up my account and gave me a new pair. Customer service is amazing and highly recommend the sunglasses and frames for prescription as my husband has 6 pairs of frames in glasses and sunglasses. Very happy. .”
