I like coming to this place in Wheaton not the one in Glen Elyn (I used to go to that place before years ago). The staff is very friendly. Me and my mom was there and there internet was down. Yes we did spend a lot of time there but the lasy that assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. In the beginning one of the associate said our insurance is out of network which I told her no problem we had Hsa. Anyway I wish I git the lady’s name she is very soft spoken and one if the lady she work with patiently look at our insurance find out yes ours in network. My daughter had such a good experience here! The doctor was very nice and all the office staff were very nice and helpful. She could never find glasses that she liked and found some here. The optical tech helped pick some out and gave an honest opinion on if the frames were right for her face size.
