Jody Gerut: Prosperity Home Mortgage
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jody Gerut and the entire team at Prosperity Home Mortgage!
As a first-time homebuyer, I honestly thought owning a home was something I wouldn’t be able to accomplish. From the very beginning, Jody was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He gave me clear and concise guidance every step of the way, managed my expectations, and always made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process.
Everything moved much faster than I expected, and Jody truly took the time to guide me through my finances and show me how we could make it work. Thanks to his guidance, Jason, and the entire team, I am now a homeowner and living in my dream home!
This experience meant so much to me, and I am incredibly grateful for all of their help, patience, and dedication. Thank you, Jody, Jason, and the entire Prosperity Home Mortgage team, for helping make my dream of owning a home a reality.
I would absolutely recommend Jody and Prosperity Home Mortgage to my friends, family, and anyone looking to purchase a home! ❤🏡”
