“Had a great experience with Jon and his processing team! There were a lot of moving parts with our 203(k) loan, and they kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. They also took the time to educate me throughout the process. Highly recommend Guaranteed Financial!”
“Jonathan was a great loan officer who helped me buy my first home. I introduced him to a new realtor and attorney that were outside of his normal contacts and he received high remarks from them as well. They were greatly impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, and overall personality and work ethic which made the process smooth and quick!
Being a first time home buyer, I had a mountain of questions which he took the time to hear, understand, and dissect every single one of my questions or issues. I felt comfortable with the loan structure and fees associated throughout the whole process and went the extra mile to always brief my along the way with any changes. I also have a crazy schedule which meant I had limited time to answer phone calls or requests for more information but he was still available well past normal working hours to address my questions and submit my documentation for review.
I have recommended Jonathan to tons of friends now and will do for anyone who is interested in buying a home. I could not be more happy with the work he has done and hope nothing but the best for him!”
“Quick and easy experience, great rates, and CD aligned with what we discussed. Would definitely work with Connor again”
