Steve Pallotto - Mortgage Broker
“I have had the pleasure to work with Steve Pallotto and his amazing team at Proper Rate on so many deals over the last several years and every time I’m amazed at the speed and ease in which the whole process goes for both my buyers and Seller clients. I’m always thrilled to see Steve and his team handling my deals, whether on the buy or sell side, because it means the experience for my clients will be smooth and the deal will close! Not only do all the transactions close on time they are always CLEAR TO CLOSE well before the contingency date. On a particularly difficult deal where I represented the seller of a $1.8M condo, the buyer was denied her mortgage. I reached out to Steve and within 10 days he had a full approval/clear to close! I highly recommend Steve Pallotto and his team with Proper Rate.-Attorney Lisa Saul”
