Mike and his entire team (Lisa, Jenna, Karen, etc) were WONDERFUL to work with. Highly recommend! Mike was very easy to reach via cell / txt, and was diligent about working with us to lock in the best rate possible. Will absolutely be using them again when it is time to refinance!
Mike McNamara and his team from Proper Rate conducted excellent analysis and discussion with me to make sure I would have a clear understanding of details and the process to buy a condo. For a buyer, there can be many overwhelming documentations and questions raised of when to handle something or keeping in mind to not overdo credit transactions or transfers in accounts.
