Ed Midgely helped us tremendously. We had a hard deadline and a VA loan. He managed the complexities and the stringent requirements by the VA gracefully. He came in in record time as if he were doing it for his own relative. He was this way from the beginning, professional and compassionate. His team mitigated the minor stuff and kept the process on track. They also provided very helpful tidbits along the way such as a reminder to start services i.e. People Gas to avoid interruptions.
