JD Pro Electric Inc

I recently had the pleasure of working with JD Pro Electric, and I cannot recommend them enough! After a powerful storm wreaked havoc on our neighborhood, my home's electrical system was severely damaged. I was in desperate need of a reliable electrical service company, and JD Pro Electric came highly recommended.

From the moment I contacted JD Pro Electric, they were professional, courteous, and responsive. They quickly scheduled an appointment to assess the damage and arrived exactly on time. The technician who came out was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my electrical system in terms I could easily understand.

One of the major problems was with my breaker box, which had been badly damaged. The technician provided a thorough assessment and offered a very reasonable estimate for the replacement. Throughout the process, I felt confident in their expertise and knew I was in good hands.

On the day of the repair, the team from JD Pro Electric arrived promptly and well-prepared. They worked efficiently and with great care, ensuring that everything was up to code and functioning correctly. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving no mess behind.

What truly stood out to me was their dedication to customer service. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they followed up after the repair to ensure everything was working perfectly. It was clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction.

Overall, JD Pro Electric exceeded my expectations in every way. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality service are unmatched. If you're in need of an electrician, especially after a storm or other emergency, I highly recommend JD Pro Electric. They turned a stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience, and I am extremely grateful for their outstanding work.

Dominik and his team did an excellent job finishing our basement, adding fixtures, installing outlets and switches, adding a 240v source w/ ventilation, and framing and hanging drywall, taping & mudding. We used him since is the same contractor that is finishing my wife's art studio building - and the work there is excellent.

Price was very competitive. They do everything - so getting a bundled quote not only helped with costs but also scheduling. We went through multiple options for decisions, with Dominik showing his industry expertise and knowledge about any question that came up, whether it be routing wiring or sound insulation.

Project was completed on time. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, and highly recommend them for any projects you need.

Needed a replacement breaker for a mismatch on my panel. Needed it quick as we are selling our home. They came and inspected and then were able to replace it next day at an affordable cost!

Appreciated the ease of receiving the quote and invoice electronically.

Will be in touch for electrical work at my new home soon!

Thank you!
