“I am here to revise and update my previous review about New Vision Granite. Previously I gave a negative review about damage done to my newly purchased kitchen cabinets, (purchased from a different business) while installing a counter top I purchased from New Vision on Armitage. It took a while but they finally came out to repair the damage. I must say Brenda who is the person that I am going to assume handles customer satisfaction was wonderful, she was not negative in any way, she listened to my complaint and after returning from maternity leave she got on it right away. We set up a date and her and her dad came out to repair the damage. Brenda was very friendly with me, we interacted back-and-forth talking about different things and I felt that she really wanted to get things straightened out and corrected. However, I can not say the same about Ruben her Dad. was not as cordial in any way, when they walked in my house he said a quick hello, but never said another word to me, not how are you, not have a good day, No smile, no thank you, nothing, i got the impression he was still angry because of my prior review. I want Brenda to know the only reason I’m changing this review is because of you. Keep doing what you’re doing, Because in spite of your father’s interaction with dissatisfied customers, you saved the day and I will recommend your business to others“

“Mike is amazing! He was the first of multiple painting agencies to respond to my project inquiry. He gave me a tentative quote right away, which gave me something to anchor against and a sense of what to expect. He said he'd give me a final quote right after I sent him pictures of the cabinets. Once he received those, he promptly advised me not to waste my money painting laminate cabinets. He gave me a very detailed logical explanation including pictures of how it will bubble up later. I'm taking the time out of a very busy day to leave him a well-deserved review because he interrupted his busy day to save me time and money. Being straightforward, honest, and keeping your client's best interest at heart is almost more important than the work itself, so I strongly recommend him and will gladly use him for any future painting projects. I wish all service providers had his professional maturity, experience, and the grace to do the right thing!“

“My company used Final Touch for all of the painting done on a construction build-out. They were communicative, punctual (even more than myself on one occasion), and did a phenomenal job. Once my role was complete and I was out of state, we had a few small issues arise. Alexis was able to coordinate with me remotely to get all of the outstanding odds and ends addressed despite our being quite removed from their normal service area. “Mike and Brian were an absolute delight to help us make a small dream a reality. Since we moved into our house we wanted a built-in kitchen banquette. 5 years later we finally came up with a rough design and called up the Wade brothers. Their energy matched our excitement and we got straight to collaborating.
They took our design and gave us a rendering with some improvements. They had done several of these lately and pointed out a few oversights I had on the design. We felt like we were involved with every step which truly made it a custom piece. We can’t begin to explain how happy we are with the finished product. It has completely transformed our kitchen eating area into a cozy, functional, and beautiful room of the house. We’d recommend the Wade Brothers to anyone!
