“Well, it had to happen. My 14-year-old Trane gas/electric combo unit had to be replaced. Having dealt with Neal's for the past couple of years, I knew they would treat me fairly. Camden ordered my new system and informed me there was one in town. That was Monday. On Wednesday Daniel and Mike showed up with the new system. They worked most of the day taking out my old system. They replaced the pad. Installed the new unit and thermostat. They even made my old gas pipe look like new. When they finished, they hauled off the old unit, leaving my yard looking like they were never there. Daniel and Mike were absolute pros. My new unit is running like a dream.
