Well, it had to happen. My 14-year-old Trane gas/electric combo unit had to be replaced. Having dealt with Neal's for the past couple of years, I knew they would treat me fairly. Camden ordered my new system and informed me there was one in town. That was Monday. On Wednesday Daniel and Mike showed up with the new system. They worked most of the day taking out my old system. They replaced the pad. Installed the new unit and thermostat. They even made my old gas pipe look like new. I would like to say how amazing they were with us today! We recently had a part of our ac repaired and thought we had solved the problem. Well when it shut down again 2 days later with a different malfunction at the end of the day(keep in mind this is an old unit) they had someone come help us with the little time and no room on their schedule! 5 stars all around to the receptionist for being so kind and efficient but also a big 5 stars to Justin the kind gentleman who came to help us out today.
