We called Randy last night at 7:30pm receiving a call back in less than 5 minutes.
Randy came out today (ON HIS BIRTHDAY) and fixed our issues (THANK GOODNESS FOR HEAT). He was incredibly knowledgeable, talkative, and extremely nice.
Happy Birthday Randy and thanks for the help! We will be sure to suggest you to anyone in the future!
