Waited the entire 1-4 window they gave me and showed up 20 minutes late. I had stated in the appointment request that I thought the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. After showing up late, they came in and agreed with my assessment but did not have any of the parts despite telling them in advanced, so now I have to wait until Monday. Tim was very nice so I wonder if the front desk just doesn’t communicate with the service providers? Will be happy to change my review come Monday but honestly, surprisingly disappointing given the good reviews I had read.

Prompt arrival. Explained what was needed and price options clearly. Installed top rated water heater. Clean up was excellent. This is the second job for Expert Plumbing and Jon and I will definitely use them again.
Our basement flooded on the 4th of July. Tim H. came out diagnosed the issue, explained the failure with the sump pump and replaced it. He was friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again.
