I am not a fan of Joyce either (I think she tries to get you to overpay and is not that friendly or service oriented) but the crew is great. They spend their time and are extremely meticulous. I asked to be put on their schedule yesterday but they were booked for the next week, until after July 4th but was told if there were any cancellations, they would let me know.
