Northcenter Rug Cleaners came to my apartment and cleaned a sofa and loveseat that I’d had for 6 years that had never been professionally cleaned (I have a dog and had several roommates during this time). They showed up on time and were done in about an hour, and the price they charged was half of what other companies had quoted me. The couches look refreshed and are no longer an embarrassment. Would use their services again!“

And for carpet cleaning, you more often than not need someone to get there ASAP. They arrived at my apartment and cleaned my carpet and the upholstery on some of my furniture. “I was from out-of-state visiting a family member on a Saturday to help with a health emergency and discovered parts of the home needed to be cleaned. I didn't have time to get any cleaner referrals from the neighbors - but because I had a similar situation in Florida a few years ago, and contacted that region's locally owned Molly Maid and had a great experience, I took a chance and called the Gold Coast Molly Maid that Saturday I arrived, reached Maggie who happened to be on call that weekend. She was friendly. professional and explained every step of the cleaning process, detailed the costs and told me I could call on Sunday to schedule the cleaning the following Monday. After I left a follow-up voicemail on Sunday to confirm my intent to hire them, Maggie promptly called back and scheduled my cleaning on Monday. The cleaning team showed up right on time that Monday (even though the property was in a high rise on the Gold Coast - with very limited parking and awful traffic detours. They quickly, quietly and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the designated areas and transformed the very dirty, unsanitary areas into beautiful, accessible and totally livable spaces - which helped my family, visitors, and healthcare givers feel more comfortable and very happy.“
