More like 3.5 stars. They did what appeared initially to be an excellent job with my move-in clean, but unfortunately I soon discovered that they'd missed some pretty important things, like cleaning out the fridge and inside kitchen cabinets. I'm sure these were oversights and they would have fixed them if I'd pointed them out at the time, but (for obvious reasons) I didn't notice them until I'd fully moved in. On the upside, they were easy to schedule, courteous, and left the place smelling great.
I absolutely love Raccoon Cleaning. I have had them now for about a year and every time they are here, they clean exceptionally well. In the past, I've had teams start strong, and then slack off as time goes on. Not with these ladies. They are still doing everything just as they did when they first started. Amazing cleaning! Thank you to all of them who have come to my house to clean.
Just a quick note to say a big thanks for the great job your crews have been doing. We've had two sets of folks for our biweekly cleanings, and they've been awesome. Always friendly, hardworking, and they really pay attention to the details. Our place looks fantastic every time. Kudos to your fantastic staff!
