“First clean took longer than the regular ones do now. that is how it should work. about an hour and a half every other week since then, and a few extra jobs on top when i ask, like the oven or the inside of the windows. they charge for those and tell me before doing them rather than adding it to the invoice as a surprise. same two women every time, so i don't have to explain anything twice. i've had cleaners before who move things and never put them back, and that has never happened here. the kitchen floor gets done properly, corners included, and the mirror in the bathroom is never left streaked.”
