“Phenomenal service from start to finish. Too Clean did a serious deep, deep cleaning of an 800 sq foot apartment from top to bottom. The apartment was formerly occupied by an elderly person who likely had not cleaned the place in at least 10 years. Every surface was covered by multiple layers of dust, grime, grit, and sticky grease. And it had a weird odor that permeated everything. Too Clean sent a team of two. They were on site about 14 hours over a few days. The refrigerator and stove were gross - now they look new. I contemplated throwing the high end blinds away - but now they look great. The walls are so much brighter after they scrubbed them. The windows were washed inside and out (they are tilt-in). The floors were stained, sticky, and disgusting - I thought they needed to be refinished. Instead, Too Clean scrubbed, mopped and waxed them - now they look like gorgeous antique wood, very warm, they glow. Same with the bathroom tile floors and kitchen linoleum which were godawful gross - I thought would have to be replaced. Nope, they look great too. Didn't think that level of ick could be removed. The workers were friendly, conscientious, and diligent. Jasmine the owner was wonderful to work with. She gave me a quote based on my description and for all the extra itemized things I wanted done. She immediately scheduled a crew to return to address items that were missed. She sent a detailed itemized bill as requested when done. She really wanted us to be happy. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to a friend. Great work, excellent customer service, fair prices. The whole thing cost about $630. This was for a seriously deep cleaning. The only other company willing to do this kind of deep cleaning gave an estimate of $4,400. This company is 4 Star all the way. “For 30 years Mom had cooked from scratch practically every day in her kitchen, turning out steaming bowls of gumbo, fragrant loaves of bread, big southern breakfasts, heaping platters of delicious fried catfish. Even into her early nineties, while taking care of our dad, she cooked, even though she herself wasn't well. Towards the end as her energy waned, her cooking never suffered but the cleaning did. When she passed away, we knew we'd have to host condolence callers and family. With so many other tasks to tackle following Mom's death, my sister and I knew we'd need help with the house.Best Friends Cleaning came to our rescue, fastidiously cleaning not just Mom's beloved much-used kitchen, but the living room, dining room, and a bathroom and family room on a lower level. The crew was friendly, pleasant, prompt, and worked the entire time they were at the house. And boy, do those ladies know how to clean! In just a little over two hours, the place was sparkling. And, by the way, theirs was the lowest bid. Highly recommend!“
