Tim walked us through the entire process and fought our insurance to ensure we were able to get a new roof. Without Tim, we may still have a tarp on our roof. The entire process was simple, fast, and the crew was very neat. Tim continued to follow up to make sure everything was good and make sure we were happy with our new roof. “Last week a window fell out onto my 85-year-old father's foot while he tried to close it after it had been detached for cleaning. It didn't break fractured his toe, ripped the screen and blood everywhere. It was too heavy for my mom to put it back and she wasn't sure if it was damaged so she called Illinois Sash.
