Shamil and his team are who you call when you want your windows repaired and not simply replaced (like most other window businesses insist on). We have an older home with large Pella window panels installed in 1988. One of our fixed windows had rot on the bottom frame, causing the outer glass to slip down about an inch and a half. They built a new frame, and reinstalled the glass. You cannot tell it's been worked on, it looks and functions like original. Shamil also replaced a very large picture window in another room. My son broke our bathroom double hung window 3 yrs ago. I was afraid that the entire window would have to be replaced. I called windows restore and I was happy that they were able to order and replace the glass in a short period of time. The price was great and reasonable for traveling over the boarder. A few contractors try to get you to order new windows and want to charge your a lot for a repair. I was so happy with how fast, friendly,and reasonable they are. I plan on having this contractor in my back pocket if I'd ever need them again. I plan to refer them to everyone I know.

This was a great experience. I had two customers needing windows repaired prior to selling and Shamil was quick to response and he get the job done quickly. The workmanship was excellent, he replaced rotted wood on 5 windows and when they were done they looked brand new. I highly recommend!
