He replaced dead hardwired fixtures in our kitchen, did work on an internal chandelier and our outdoor light as well. He was kind, on time, worked cleanly, and did great work for a reasonable price. “It was early Friday evening and I made a very foolish (and dangerous) error when trying to install something in an outlet resulting in the outlet exploding and sparks flying out. Although, I could switch the breaker back on and the other outlets worked, I was concerned that an electrical fire could be smoldering behind the wall. I knew that given the time of day that I would be seeking “emergency electrician hours” but was surprised at how hard it was to find anyone who would come.Sapphire answered my call immediately. The dispatcher was so nice and pleasant and said that he could have someone there within a couple hours.The technician arrived at the early end of the arrival window - even waiting for ME as I had to drop my son at an event. He got straight to work assessing the damage, replacing the part and even making sure the wires were tightened and everything was as safe as possible before reinstalling the plate and completing the work.Gave me advice and solutions for both the item I was trying to install and another question I had on an appliance light.He assured me that I did the right thing as electrical fires can fester and it could have been very dangerous to leave it over the weekend.Although the out of hours cost was a bit more than regular hours… I do not feel it was egregious and it was well worth the peace of mind that was provided.You could tell this was a professional operation with highly skilled and knowledgeable technicians.Thank you!!“
