Fitness Premier Monee is a welcoming gym that offers a variety of equipment and classes. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make members feel welcome and supported. Trainers like Kareem and Jake provide positive encouragement and knowledge to help members reach their fitness goals. The gym has what members need, but is small and could benefit from improved cleanliness. While some members appreciate the family-like atmosphere, others may find it challenging to fit in, especially if they're new to working out. With a little more attention to cleanliness and possibly a beginner's class, Fitness Premier Monee could better serve its members.
Good little gym, even better staff. Gym has what you need. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is ready to help in anyway. Kareem & Jake especially are exceptional trainers here who bring both positive encouragement and knowledge to the table. Great people.
Even though it's small, it has what you need. The cleanliness could be a little better. It was pet dander in several spots on several of the machines. Had my allergies flaring. Some of the people lightly wiped the equipment after use. Jake is a good dude, very pleasant.
I have been going for about a month now, I have tried the classes but don't feel like I fit in. I am older and haven't been to the gym in a very long time. It is very hard for someone who is newer to the classes to catch on to things. They say just to modify the workout, but if you don't know what you are doing, how can you modify it? They should have a very basic beginner class. I know they are limited on staff and they are good at what they do, but maybe help those new/unsure people.
