We have a history of heart related illnesses on my mom's side of the family and I was intrigued to learn that there are tests available to determine if there is significant reason to be alarmed over blockages that may be forming. I was luck y enough to stumble across an awesome new patient offer so I called to make an appointment. These people are SO NICE! I am a stickler for first impressions and often a tough critic. The reception I received was top notch. They seem organized, professional and understanding. “Today my yearly appt was as good as it gets. Bloodwork was fast, as usual, and I was called for my appt within 10 minutes. The lab had an extra vial of what I needed for my injection and everything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Past appointments took several hours with lots of wait time. Whatever Alpha Med is doing to get things back on track and keep things moving worked today. Very pleased and told the doctor how pleased I was. He said they are working to improve wait times.“
