“I can definitely tell you with complete confidence there is no better roofing company in the entire Quad Cities area. I can't think of a single contractor that is so responsive and easy to communicate with that I have ever had dealings with. Typically you might call a contractor and of course get their voicemail and they may or may not get back with you, this has never been the case with Palma roofing. I sent him a text about an issue and he unexpectedly responded very quickly.I chose them with high reviews to repair our damaged roof and their professionalism was unmatched throughout the process from estimate to completion. I am writing this second review because even after more than a year had went by we had a couple flipped shingles that the weather caused that was no result of Palma's work, and he rushed over the very next day and spent about an hour going through every detail of our roof making sure it was still perfect. Additionally, DJ went above and beyond to ensure the electrical and plumbing work was done correctly. Because of the repairs, our electric and water bills have decreased significantly. “I never thought I would never be able to afford new windows and I knew I needed them badly. I came across Green Valley at Boo @ the Zoo and had them come take a look and give me a quote. I was very surprised to see that they could help me get all the windows in my home replaced and I could afford them!! Everyone was so nice. I had to wait a little bit on my custom windows, but when they arrived they were beautiful!! Instillation was a day and the crew they had come were all very professional and courteous. Initially, we were concerned about how cold the house would get, not to mention how installation would impact our holiday plans.
