This was absolutely the BEST home improvement experience I have ever had. 33 Carpenters sales representative, Dave Dais, was super professional, very helpful from beginning to end and her even stayed at the jobsite during the entire installation to be certain the job was done to his satisfaction. 33 Carpenters did an amazing job with our roof in the Quad Cities. They worked directly with our insurance company and were able to save us money while doing a fantastic quality job on our roof. From December 2020, when the insurance settlement came in, to March 2021 when the weather allowed them to work on our roof, material prices had gone bananas due to Covid. But, 33 Carpenters did not charge us a penny more than what they stated, even though they probably ate a considerable material cost to install our roof. Highly recommended. I’m so thankful for Michael Johnson w/33 Carpenters Construction. He was truly a GOD-send, because I had no clue where to start. He guided me through the whole process. Workers were very efficient, professional & quick, all in 1 day. I am very w/my new roof.
