I used Iossi for a new roof and siding. Originally we were planned for several months in the future, but they were aware enough to notice a time in their scheduling that they could work me in early.The crew was polite and worked very quickly to have the job done in a timely manner. At one point, I had to get my car out of the garage unexpectedly and they immediately called up someone to move the dump trailer with no complaints or anything.After the work was done, I had some issues with my insurance company. Iossi was very understanding and patient on waiting for payment.I would happily use them for any and all future home construction projects.

When we purchased our home, we needed to replace the roof. We turned to Iossi construction and found them to be very professional. We had one room that we weren't sure what would be underneath the roof, and they were great at communicating with us with phone calls and photos. They completed the project in two days, cleaned up the yard and were on their way. Price-wise, they were middle of the pack with the other places we got quotes from. Iossi provided great service and a great product. Dave Hemming was thorough and knowledgeable when preparing my bid. Dawn answered all my questions and followed up on outstanding items. The crew was friendly, efficient and talented. Even a year later when I needed a minor tweak, they promptly addressed my concern and took care of it. Customer service is non-existent anymore -- except at Iossi Construction!
