Richard has been working with us since August to get our insurance to have them admit there was hail damage to our roof. He talked us thru what we needed to do to get them to agree. We just got our roof done this week. It was set up right away after our insurance agreed with him and us. His team did excellent work and completed it in good time. He also had them come and recheck it they day after these high wind storms and took care of anything that needed done which was very little they just completed it the day before. I want to commend Richard for responding to us. He has been working with us the last 2 weeks to get information together to renegotiate with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. He has given us all sorts of helpful information. We are looking forward to hopefully use his company.

Colonial Roofing Systems is an awesome company to contract to do your roof, gutters and siding. They did an outstanding job on my house. Customer service was great. When I called to make sure the schedule was still the same; I received quick call backs or text. When I was first presented with a quote I dealt with Richard and he explained all in detail.
