Replacing a roof is always an experience you do not look forward to. After several bids I chose Bates roofing. I am glad I did! From the start Royce Bates kept me informed on timing of job start and any issues that might arise. As promised they arrived first thing Monday morning. So, what about his crew? This group of men were not only respectful, hard working but stayed till things were taken care of before they went home at night. Many times after 6 PM. Had a crew out for the last couple of weeks putting a new roof on our 1990's house. The guy is the best you could hope for in this industry. Careful, courteous, professional, on the job with his crew, and his crew also are a quality bunch of folks. Fair price, good quality, best experience I could hope for.
