“Once again, TMI to the rescue! I had a shower issue with the faucet handle. It wouldn't turn off! A valve or something was stripped or worn out inside. I tried to stop it, not fix it, but made things worse! Lol. Called TMI .....was told a tech would be out between 10-noon....10 mins later, I got a message that Justin Roberts is on the way! Justin showed up with a handshake and a smile and we had a good laugh! He was in and out in about 20 mins. Paid the service call fee and all was good! THANKS JUSTIN and TMI! 100% Quality customer service!”

“Excellent customer service! I went to 4 different stores prior to my visit. Another store tried to convince me a belt that I knew wouldn't work would be fine. I declined. I went to Kirby the gentleman was so kind, he was looking through his inventory, we couldnt find a belt with the exact part number, so he cut me a deal on 2 he thought would work and said if they didnt bring in my vacuum and they would install it with one that would work. I traveled 25mins to get here and will continue with future visits and tell friends! What a great interaction!”
