“Excellent customer service! I went to 4 different stores prior to my visit. Another store tried to convince me a belt that I knew wouldn't work would be fine. I declined. I went to Kirby the gentleman was so kind, he was looking through his inventory, we couldnt find a belt with the exact part number, so he cut me a deal on 2 he thought would work and said if they didnt bring in my vacuum and they would install it with one that would work. I traveled 25mins to get here and will continue with future visits and tell friends! What a great interaction!“
