“Dishwasher latch broke and a couple years ago the heating in my dryer broke. Both times they had the part and I got my stuff working again. It's quick and easy to go in and see if they got your part. Just make sure you got the right model number though. Easy way I did that was to take a photo of my part and used Google lense to figure out the model since the part did not have the model number on it“

“Excellent customer service! I went to 4 different stores prior to my visit. Another store tried to convince me a belt that I knew wouldn't work would be fine. I declined. I went to Kirby the gentleman was so kind, he was looking through his inventory, we couldnt find a belt with the exact part number, so he cut me a deal on 2 he thought would work and said if they didnt bring in my vacuum and they would install it with one that would work.
