When I called Gary's number, I talked to Maria, who was very friendly & knowledgeable. I was able to set an appointment for 1 or 2 days from my call. Gary came & cleaned all the built-up lint inside my gas dryer. He found 2 bad parts and had replacement parts with him. My dryer was fixed in about an hour's time. Also, Gary gave me some usage tips for a couple of my other appliances. I will definitely recommend this business to other people.Service: Dryer repair

Great customer service! Called and left a message. Got a return call within an hour. Maria asked some troubleshooting questions and told me what she thought the problem with my fridge was and how to resolve. Told me to call back on Monday (this was a Friday) and they would get it fixed if her recommendations didn't resolve. Her suggestions fixed my issue. Really appreciate the customer service and helping me to fix without charging me when they could have come out and charged a service or diagnostic fee to tell me the same thing. Any business that treats their customers this way earns my future business and respect. Thanks!
