“My favorite part about working with Mike Borchew and his team at Impact is that when I tell them my ideas about what I want to achieve, they come back with something several steps beyond that. The end result is always a high-quality product.”
“Great first experience. We met Drew and had a new screen in 15 minutes. Super helpful and very reasonable. I’ve been other places that have charge 3x. Right by the food court on the 2nd floor.”
“I reached out to Mr. Oleg yesterday morning regarding my Microsoft Surface 5 laptop. Although it’s only two years old, I had been dealing with ongoing software issues that I could no longer resolve on my own. He quickly returned my call after I left a voicemail, and by that same evening, I had my laptop back working as if I had just purchased it brand new!!!
He completely wiped the software clean while still preserving all of my saved files, which I truly appreciated. My laptop is now running much faster, and it has even stopped overheating.
I am incredibly thankful for Mr. Oleg and the dedication he put into fixing my computer. He took away the stress of trying to troubleshoot everything myself and saved me from potentially having to buy a brand-new laptop. His pricing was also very reasonable!! I was quoted over $200 by another computer company for the same work.
Mr. Oleg is the best. I 100% recommend his services, and I will definitely be coming back for any future computer needs! Thanks for everything, Mr. Oleg!!!”
