Geoff has a calming demeanor, which is just what I needed given the issues I was having. I was getting ready to pull my hair out, which he told me not to do. I was frazzled because my iPhone wasn't syncing with my Mac due to work account changes. He first went through some basic Mac knowledge, which blew my mind since I have been on a Mac for at least 10 years. Then we dove into all the issues I was having, and he tackled each one of them while explaining why they were happening. I highly recommend skipping Apple Support and using Geoff. I will continue to book sessions until my work flow is a well oiled machine. Thanks, Geoff! I will be back.
