I have tried numerous methods of obtaining computer assistance across many years, beginning with online platforms, and in the end hiring people who charged by the hour, most of them not being any more helpful than what I could find on my own on the internet...until I met Geoff, who knocked it out of the park for me. He not only addressed my computer issues but also got my wife on a new computer and gave her a very helpful tutorial to get her started. Better him than me - he was far more effective in getting her more comfortable with technology than I would have been (or have tried to be).
