I purchased a new Lenovo All-In-One Touchscreen desktop end of 2020. Within 6 months, I had to send it back under warranty because the touchscreen and mouse features were malfunctioning. In less than 8 months (and now out of warranty) the same problems had returned. I called Marc from Triangle Computer Services and described the ongoing problems. He thought he knew what may be going on and asked if he could log into my computer remotely. I allowed him to log in and watched him checking all the components.
