I've been lucky to have Marc as my trusted go to person for tech support for the last 15 years. He never fails to answer my call on the first ring with a cheery greeting. He either helps me in the moment ( especially if the issue is urgent) or if he is with another client, sets a time for us to talk later that day. He has never failed to help me resolve whatever issue I have no matter how complicated.

Marc is the best. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he is the most patient person. He doesn't quit till the job is done perfectly and he is very reasonable. You won't find any better.
