“I was having problems with broken hinges on my laptop lid destroying the plastic lid and base around them and gradually making it harder and harder to open and close. The parts alone were $300 or more even on Ebay. What's more, all the places I checked required me to drop off the computer for 2 days or more. Scott truly lived up to the motto on his business card that he wants above all else to create happy customers. I drove out to his facility where he masterfully re-established the functionality of the hinges by replacing, tightening and bonding the screws. He did the repair on the spot in a little less than an hour and under $100. I had a clear idea ahead of time of what the different scenarios might be and I always felt an unusual desire on his part to keep the costs as low as possible.
