My Son lives in Lake Bluff, I live in Michigan and have my own business. My computer blew up and I had another agency that I've used for years transfer everything over to my new computer. Much was loss and they couldn't figure it out. I was at a loss. My son referred me to Lori where she was able to remote in. It was like watching a Doctor at work. Over 3 hours working within my computer to make all right! I am more than grateful and will continue to use her service. Thank you so much!

I owe a huge thank you to Lori. She went out of her way to help me and made what was a very stressful situation for me go as smoothly as possible and helped me resolve it quickly. She was kind, patient, saved me hundreds of dollars, and had the best and quickest communication I have ever received with any type of customer service. I felt like I could trust her to do what she needed to do and that she would have my back with helping me out. I would confidently recommend Lori to anyone. Thank you so much!
