I woke up to no heat in my house this morning and called Gough. They were at my house by noon. Because it was such a busy day for them, the owner actually came out and fixed the issue. And at a very affordable price. I am so thankful for them and I would use them over and over.

We called Gough for a second opinion on our furnace which had been blowing cold air for the last few days. Randy showed up within 30min of my call, confirmed the issue was the gas valve, replaced the part same day (and another that was also bad) all for $500 cheaper than the first quote! I highly recommend Gough for their punctuality, expertise and pricing!

We needed our furnace serviced. Another company had been out and told us we needed a new furnace. The tech seemed kind of shady so based on a recommendation we called and asked for Randy at Gough. He exceeded our expectations! He was able to fix our furnace and said it was good for a few more years. And the cost for the service was extremely reasonable!
