One small suggestion to help the business: the building entry signage is hard to find (go to the side of the building), and the hours listed online don’t fully match what customer service shared for the Lombard location (shown as open till 9pm but told it’s till 5pm for regular service, with the later time possibly for lockouts/trades). Clarifying that would make things even better for future customers.

We dealt with a number of different employees from scheduling, estimates, repair and follow up. Every single interaction was a positive one.
