Scheduled an appointment over the phone with Jay on a Friday afternoon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had numerous questions that were answered to my satisfaction. Three days later I called back and talked to Frank about some changes that I wanted and was greeted with the same three results from him. Scott, the service technician, called on time prior to arriving at my hone. He explained in great detail what was about to transpire and performed flawlessly. Mark rekeyed all of the locks to our home and did a fantastic job - he was on time and very efficient! He also went above and beyond and helped us figure out how to work an August Lock (which was not included in his original scope of work). I really appreciated his attention to detail. These guys don't disappoint, will return again. Fast friendly service. Don't waste your time going anywhere else to duplicate keys, it these guys can't do it, no one can.
